wolfoxWhy is everybody so sad? It's kinda hard to explain. It's like someone from our own family died, some kind of a distant relative, maybe, very distant, but relative nonetheless.
Her reigh started when one asshole tried to make himself an emperor of an asshole-ish wannabe empire in the East. The asshole is long dead, the empire is dead too, and she lived and prospered. She lived to see horse carriages replaced by cars. She lived to see rise of computers and computer science. To see human step on the Moon and robots step (well, roll) on Mars. She's, like, ALWAYS been there. Long Live The Queen - it was no longer a classic proclamation. It was something... sacred. Because the queen was eternal. She was there before us. She'll be here long after.
And now she's gone. The times, they are a-changin'. Except that I didn't need another freaking reminder of that.
Sorry, that post just had to be in my gibberish English.
P.S. Midjorney discord chat is now full of Queen Elizabeth in, like, thousand variations (all are pretty cool though, imagine her in heaven with a lightsaber).
